Identify and develop new B2B customers across assigned territories.
Conduct regular market visits and meet prospective customers.
Develop relationships with uniform manufacturers, garment manufacturers, dealers, distributors, wholesalers and institutional buyers.
Generate new business through cold calling, references, market visits and existing networks.
Present Arrmeelon's fabric range, designs, quality and commercial offerings to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabric qualities and constructions.
Arrange and coordinate fabric samples and follow up for conversions.
Develop and maintain a strong dealer/distributor network in the assigned territory.
Regularly follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and new requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor products and pricing.
Collect market feedback regarding new designs, qualities, pricing and customer requirements.
Coordinate with the internal sales, production and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries, follow-ups and sales activities.
