Sales Executive

We’re looking for a proactive and street-smart Field Sales Executive who can meet jersey manufacturers, printing units, and sportswear businesses, demonstrate Teedex software, and convert them into long-term customers.

This is a ground-level role where execution matters more than theory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Demo & Sales

• Visit potential clients (jersey manufacturers, sportswear factories, print shops)

• Give live demos of Teedex software

• Explain how Teedex saves time and reduces manual work (naming, numbering, design flow)

• Convert leads into paid customers
  

2. Lead Generation

• Identify and approach new businesses in the sportswear & printing industry

• Build your own pipeline through field visits, referrals, and networking
  

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Be the go-to person for any queries or support

• Regular follow-ups to ensure product usage and satisfaction
  

4. After-Sales Support

• Help customers onboard and start using Teedex smoothly

• Coordinate with internal team for any technical issues

• Ensure client retention and repeat usage
  

5. Feedback & Market Insights

• Collect feedback from customers to improve the product

• Share market trends, competitor insights, and customer pain points
  

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in field sales (SaaS or printing/garment industry is a plus)

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with field travel across Mumbai

• Basic understanding of software tools (training will be provided)

• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
