About the Role

Vaibhav Print Pack is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive – Back-End Process to support our B2B sales operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, basic sales knowledge, strong mathematical ability, and proficiency in Excel and email communication. Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries received through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

• Coordinate with the sales team to prepare quotations and follow up with customers.

• Maintain customer records and sales data accurately.

• Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.

• Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Dispatch, and Accounts for order execution.

• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.

• Maintain daily sales reports and MIS in Microsoft Excel.

• Respond professionally to customer emails and business correspondence.

• Assist the sales team in achieving business targets through timely coordination.

• Build and maintain healthy relationships with existing and new B2B customers.

• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

• Good mathematical and analytical skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, reporting).

• Ability to draft and respond to professional emails.

• Basic computer knowledge including MS Office.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving ability.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

Language Requirements (Mandatory)

• English

• Kannada

• Hindi

Additional languages will be considered an added advantage.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Diploma / Any Educational Background.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with experience in B2B Sales, Customer Support, Back Office Sales, Printing & Packaging, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
