Key Responsibilities:
This is not a Desktop Job.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries; generate new leads through networking, telecalling, and local marketing.
Client Consultation: Meet and understand client requirements (event date, venue, guest count, and dietary preferences) and suggest suitable menus or packages.
Quotations & Negotiations: Prepare customised price quotations, negotiate contract terms, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate menu finalisation, logistics, and event execution details with the kitchen and operations teams.
Relationship Management: Maintain follow-up schedules, provide after-sales support, and build a database of repeat clients and event planners.
Qualifications, Skills & Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven sales or client-servicing experience, preferably in hospitality, Banquet, events, or catering. Fluency in English, Hindi, & Gujarat is Mandatory
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, negotiation, and basic computer literacy (MS Office).
Traits: Professional demeanour, pleasant personality, and a target-driven approach
