Sales Executive

**Job Description**

The company will provide you with data. Your primary task is to generate leads by calling this data and providing customers with information regarding loans and insurance. If a customer expresses interest, you must collect their documents and upload the customer's file to a designated link provided to you. You are required to guide and support the customer throughout the entire process, from the initial login stage through to the final loan disbursement. Following the disbursement, you must collect proof of disbursement as well as the customer's basic information.

**Responsibilities**

1. Ensure the security and confidentiality of customer data.

2. Do not collect any money from customers, either before or after the loan disbursement.

3. Do not proceed with any process without the customer's explicit consent; all procedures must be carried out with the customer's approval.

4. Assist customers throughout the entire journey from login to disbursement. In the event of any queries, consult with the Relationship Manager or Sales team to resolve the customer's issues.

5. After the final disbursement, record and save the customer's information in a Google Sheet.

Payment Terms** 1. **First Payment Term:** You will be paid a fixed amount of ₹15,000. However, to receive this salary, you must achieve a minimum monthly loan disbursement target of ₹10 lakhs.

2. **Second Payment Term:** You will operate on a percentage-based model. Under this arrangement, you will receive 1.90% of the sanctioned loan amount for the total disbursements you facilitate during the month.
