Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a passion for B2B and corporate sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in business development, building client relationships, and driving revenue through corporate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B/corporate sector.
· Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
· Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
· Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/services.
· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Prepare and submit sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or corporate sales.
· Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
· Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
