Role: Sales Development Manager / Bancassurance Manager
Channel: Banca (Bank Tie-up)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches
Build strong relationships with bank staff and channel partners
Handle leads provided by the bank and convert them into sales
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable insurance products
Ensure proper follow-ups and customer service
🔹 Requirements:
Graduation (Any Stream)
1–3 years of experience in Sales / BFSI / Insurance
Good communication & relationship-building skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Local market knowledge preferred
