We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Executive with a passion for travel and a proven track record in the tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be an expert in selling both Bali and Dubai packages, capable of managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to final booking and client handover.
Sales Generation: Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities for Bali and Dubai packages, including custom itineraries, group tours, MICE events, and B2B partnerships.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs to recommend and design tailored itineraries.
Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of hotels, attractions, transportation, and activities in both Bali and Dubai, ensuring accurate and compelling proposals.
Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare professional, attractive, and accurate tour proposals and quotations. Confidently negotiate terms to close sales and meet revenue targets.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and destination developments to identify new business avenues and stay competitive.
Reporting: Track sales activities, prepare regular sales forecasts, and report on performance against targets to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
