Job Purpose:
We are looking for two energetic and well-connected Field Business Development Executives for the Vasai–Virar–Palghar belt. These team members will be responsible for scouting active construction sites, collecting vital project information, identifying key decision-makers, and initiating the sales engagement process with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
🔍 1. Construction Site Scouting
• Regularly visit active and upcoming construction sites in Vasai, Virar, Palghar, and surrounding areas.
• Identify and document key stakeholders:
• Builder / Developer / Owner
• Purchase Manager / Site Engineer / Project Manager
• Architect / Fire Consultant
📋 2. Data Collection & Site Profiling
• Gather detailed project-specific information:
• Drawings (fire safety-related)
• BOQs, specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Timeline and construction phase
• Maintain organized lead sheets with all collected data.
🧩 3. Regional Networking
• Leverage local awareness and social connects to identify new sites and players.
• Use intuition and relationship skills to “connect the dots” between different players (builders, architects, vendors).
🧠 4. Internal Coordination
• Share data with TFPC’s estimation and technical teams for quotation preparation.
• Follow up to ensure timely responses from internal teams.
🤝 5. Meeting Setup & Client Coordination
• Contact stakeholders to schedule meetings with TFPC’s Senior Sales Manager.
• Support presentations, follow-ups, and site discussions.

Requirements:
• Mandatory: Self-owned two-wheeler or four-wheeler with valid license
• Excellent knowledge of Vasai–Virar–Palghar geography and construction belts
• Strong local social network and ability to trace ownership/decision-makers
• At least 1–3 years of experience in business development, site marketing, or field sales (construction or B2B preferred)
• Confident communication in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English
• Good with Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting apps
