Roles and Responsibilities:
Research, prospect and qualify new sales leads and prospects for new client acquisition through cold calling and email outreach at a high-volume
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders, building relationships and understanding customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to align sales efforts and develop comprehensive solutions for customers
Schedule demos of the OptimHire platform for qualified prospects
Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize sales performance, identify trends and areas for improvement, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Utilize CRM software and sales automation tools to manage leads, track sales activity, and streamline sales workflows
Support the Sales team to ensure qualified leads convert into paid clients by getting them timely, conducive information about OptimHire's products
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive sales innovation
About You:
2+ years of BDR, SDR or inside sales experience, with a history of overachieving targets around new business acquisition
Technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, sales automation tools, and data analysis platforms, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
BA/BS degree (or relevant work experience)
Strong communication skills over both phone and email
Desire to move up within a sales organization
