Sigma Homes is seeking Sales Executives / Telesales Executives / Customer Relationship Officers (CROs) to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, provide accurate information about our real estate projects, and drive sales through effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Explain project details, property options, and pricing to potential buyers.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up to convert leads into sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to manage leads effectively.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

• Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.

• Ability to remain confident, patient, and professional during customer interactions.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office.

• Comfortable working 6 days a week during day shifts.
