Job Title- Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

· Attend customers and understand their pet-related requirements.

· Explain product features, benefits, prices and offers to customers.

· Recommend suitable pet food, treats, toys, accessories and other products.

· Handle walk-in customer enquiries and convert enquiries into sales.

· Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

· Generate bills and ensure accurate billing of products.

· Maintain proper product display, pricing and stock availability.

· Coordinate with the store/warehouse team for product availability.

· Follow up with existing and potential customers for repeat sales.

· Inform customers about new products, discounts and promotional offers.

· Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

· Handle customer complaints and coordinate for their resolution.

· Ensure products are properly arranged and displayed with MRP.

· Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the sales area.

· Assist in stock checking and report low-stock or damaged products.

· Maintain daily sales and customer enquiry records.

· Follow company policies and sales procedures.

Required Skills

· Good communication and customer-handling skills.

· Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about pet products.

· Good convincing and selling skills.

· Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

· Ability to achieve sales targets.

Experience required

· 1–5 years of experience in retail sales, pet products, FMCG or a similar industry preferred. Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

· Achievement of monthly sales targets.

· Number of customer enquiries converted into sales.

· Customer satisfaction and repeat customers.

· Proper product display and availability.

· Accurate and timely billing.

· Follow-up with customers and leads.

· Daily sales and enquiry reporting.
