• Job description: Solar Sales Executive

• Location: Work From Office – Ramesh Nagar Delhi- 110015 (Nearest Metro Station Ramesh Nagar)

• Shift: Monday–Friday (4:00 AM – 1:00 PM), Saturday Half Day (4:00 AM – 10:00 AM)

• Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to Australian residential and commercial leads

• Pitch solar and battery solutions, handle objections, and close sales

• Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets

• Maintain lead records in CRM and coordinate with internal teams

• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the assigned territory.

• Develop a deep understanding of solar and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent English communication

• Goal-oriented, confident, and persuasive personality

• Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn

• Proven sales experience in Solar, Energy is a plus

• Previous work experience in UK or Australian markets is plus.

• Strong phone presence and experience in making multiple calls per day.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong listening and presentation skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
