About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Rohtak. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about sales and business development. The role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.

Must-Haves:

- 12th Pass/Graduate in any discipline.

- 0-2 years of experience in sales or business development.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Willingness to travel within Rohtak and nearby areas.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

- Local candidates from Rohtak preferred.
