🧠 Experience Required

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing in to Lighting background

• Preference will be given to candidates from Lighting / Industrial sectors

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and generate New business opportunities in assigned territories

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Retailers, dealers, Distributors, Builders, Architectures, consultants, and end customers

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution

• Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitor activities

• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Proven track record in B2B / B2C / Industrial sales

• Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer management

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
