Sales Executive

We are looking for a Assistant Sales to join our team at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17,000 - ₹22,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and customers.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.

• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Accounts for smooth order execution.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and forecasting data.

• Support negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts.

• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

• Visit clients regularly for business development and relationship management.

• Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.

• Participate in sales planning and strategy meetings.

• Support product promotion and marketing activities.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business retention.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
