We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Prime Roll Bearings. This role involves, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to B2B Sales. The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls with existing and new clients.

• passionately evangelize our products and services to develop relationships with sales prospects.

• To achieve the sales targets based on the past history of the allotted accounts.

• To ensure that the old outstanding payments of their allotted accounts are under control.

• Regular Communication with potential clients over the phone, email, text, and in-person to follow up on the project status.

• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

• Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in timely manner.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication; interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

• Familiarity with Negotiations and other sales tactics.

• Business goal oriented, ability to achieve business targets consistently.

• Uphold Standards of self-motivation, time management to perform multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Person should have a learning attitude.

• Proven track record working as a B2B Sales representative. Freshers with the right attitude and good communication skills are welcome.

• Must be a Graduate.
