📝 Job Description

• Handle walk-in customers at the gym

• Understand customer fitness goals

• Explain membership plans & offers

• Assist in selecting the right fitness package

• Maintain customer relationships and follow-ups

• Support membership conversions

👉 Role includes customer interaction + sales (not a desk job)

💰 Salary & Incentives

• ₹14,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

• Attractive performance-based incentives (₹10K–₹40K+)

• No upper cap on incentives

🕒 Work Details

• 6 Days Working

• Rotational shifts (including early morning)

• Weekend working is mandatory

• Work from club (No Work From Home)

👤 Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi)

• Customer-facing or sales experience preferred

• Presentable and confident personality

• Comfortable with target-based environment
