Position Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating qualified leads, promoting Vedant Developers & Builders' premium residential projects, coordinating digital marketing activities, Data calling, conducting site visits, and assisting customers throughout the sales process. The role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to both marketing initiatives and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Generate and follow up on customer leads.

• Conduct site visits and project presentations.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable units.

• Negotiate pricing within company guidelines.

• Assist customers with booking, documentation, and loan coordination.

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Marketing

• Coordinate social media campaigns and promotional content.

• Work with designers and digital marketing agencies.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing events and exhibitions.

• Capture project photos and videos for digital platforms.

• Monitor campaign performance and submit reports.

• Support brand-building activities and promotional initiatives.

• Coordinate channel partner engagement programs.
