Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
Understand customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Promote Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Balance Transfers, and other financial services.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with internal teams and lending partners to ensure smooth loan processing.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
Stay updated on financial products, lending policies, and market trends.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the loan process.
