Job Role & Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, and Email

• Promote and sell domestic tour packages

• Prepare tour quotations and follow up with potential clients

• Manage bookings and coordinate with customers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Preferred Qualification: Graduate (B.A / B.Sc / B.Com)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, Emails)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome)

• Self-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
