Job Description

HAVIS AUDIO LABS PRIVATE LIMITED is a premium Indian manufacturer of high-performance loudspeakers and home theater solutions. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our dealer network, generate project leads, and drive sales through home theater integrators, AV consultants, architects, interior designers, builders, and residential project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.

• Meet home theater integrators, AV dealers, architects, builders, interior designers, and developers to promote HAVIS Audio products.

• Visit residential and commercial project sites to identify home theater opportunities.

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key decision-makers.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular visit and lead reports.

• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

• Represent the company at exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional events.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in AV, home theater, consumer electronics, luxury products, or project sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to generate leads independently and close sales.

• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.

• Basic knowledge of home theater and audio systems will be an added advantage.

Compensation

• Fixed salary as per company policy.

• Sales incentive of 1% of the invoice value on all successfully closed and realized sales.

• Incentives are payable only after full payment is received from the customer.

• Additional performance incentives may be offered based on achievement of sales targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of qualified leads generated.

• Number of dealer and integrator partnerships established.

• Monthly and quarterly sales revenue.

• Lead-to-sale conversion ratio.

• Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
