The role:
Kottanz is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive with 0–1 year of retail experience. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, assist customers, and contribute to delivering a high-quality in-store experience.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage customer enquiries online by providing timely and accurate information about products, styling, pricing, and availability. • Follow up with potential customers to guide them through the purchase journey and support sales conversion. • Assist walk-in customers in selecting products, offering styling advice, and ensuring a professional and engaging in-store experience. • Educate customers about Kottanz handwoven products, the story behind the craft, and styling versatility. • Drive sales by effectively promoting products, offering suggestions, and encouraging repeat purchases. • Maintain customer relationships through personalized interactions, follow-ups, and addressing feedback promptly. • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, inventory updates, and delivery management. • Support store presentation and merchandising, ensuring products are displayed in a visually appealing and brand-consistent manner. • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, customer interactions, and sales performance. • Represent Kottanz professionally in all customer communications, reflecting the brand’s values and ethos.
