Represent Filmbaker’s video production and event services with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and client needs.
Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer requirements.
Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through the implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies.
Generate leads, build strong relationships, and plan daily outreach to existing and potential clients.
Develop and implement territory or segment action plans based on data insights and adapt sales techniques accordingly.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore new business opportunities.
Identify and qualify potential prospects; set meetings, make calls, and manage the complete sales cycle from pitch to closure.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge, conduct presentations/demos, and handle objections effectively.
Prepare professional proposals, presentations, and booking documentation for executive-level discussions.
Meet or exceed sales goals by understanding client needs and providing customized video/event solutions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure company-wide sales targets and standards are achieved.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and new opportunities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric attitude.
Proficiency with CRM or sales management tools (training can be provided).
High level of personal integrity and accountability.
Freshers from media, marketing, or event management backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Media Sales will be an added advantage.
