Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Fundraising Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential donors through calls, explaining the organization’s mission, and encouraging them to support social causes through donations. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who have strong communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters.
Explain the NGO’s mission, campaigns, and social initiatives clearly.
Encourage individuals to contribute donations for ongoing fundraising campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of donor interactions in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly fundraising targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with donors.
Follow company guidelines and call scripts during conversations.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Strong persuasion and convincing ability.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle conversations confidently over phone calls.
