Position Description :
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Jr/ Sr Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to revenue growth through lead generation, client communication, and relationship management.
Responsibilities :
Assist in identifying potential B2B clients through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
Contact potential clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings to present company products/services.
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and client industries to effectively position our offerings.
Schedule and attend client meetings to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Support in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs as assigned.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and company offerings.

Requirements:
BE Electrical/M.Tech /Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
0–2 years of B2B sales, business development, or internship experience in a client-facing role.
Strong expertise in solution selling, consultative sales, or value-based selling.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Experience in building and scaling sales teams.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
Ability to travel as needed.
