Welcome customer warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable outfits and accessories.
Assist customers with product selection, styling, and trail room support.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle billing, cash/card payments, and operate the POS system.
Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays.
Arrange, replenish, and organize merchandise on shelves and racks.
Monitor stock availability and inform the manager about low stock.
Take customer measurements (if required) and coordinate alteration or tailoring requests.
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
Promote new arrivals, offers, and loyalty programs.
Support inventory counting and stock management.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th/12th pass (Diploma or Degree is an advantage).
Fresher/Experience in boutique, garment showroom, or retail sales is preferred.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Friendly, well-groomed, and confident personality.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.
Ability to work on weekends and festive seasons.
Working hours:
9.30am to 9.30pm
