About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Sr. Executive who will play a key role in driving growth for our B2C business. The role demands strong communication skills, counselling ability, and the passion to succeed in the education & IT domain.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate and convert leads through field visits and client interactions.
 ✅ Conduct counselling sessions to guide prospective clients/students.
 ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
 ✅ Work closely with the sales & marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
 ✅ Stay updated with industry trends in education, IT & sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

🔹 Excellent command over English communication (verbal & written).
 🔹 Strong counselling and persuasive skills.
 🔹 Prior exposure to Education, IT or Sales is preferred.
 🔹 Ability to handle both field & office responsibilities effectively.
