Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven Front Office cum Sales Executive to lead our student enrolment and B2B client acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be the face of Bird Vue Aerospace, guiding prospective students through our DGCA-certified courses and counseling them on career opportunities in the drone industry. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and want to work in a high-growth tech industry, this role is for you. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Call, follow up, and convert warm leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns into paid enrollments.

• Career Counseling: Counsel prospective drone pilots, students, and working professionals regarding course structures, DGCA regulations, and career prospects.

• B2B Outreach: Identify and connect with engineering colleges, agricultural firms, and corporate clients to pitch group training programs.

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.

• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads, interactions, and follow-ups in our sales database or CRM software.

• Market Insights: Gather feedback from prospective clients to help improve our marketing pitches and course positioning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in sales (EdTech sales, career counseling, premium insurance, or telecom sales experience is highly preferred).

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, Marketing, or Aviation backgrounds are a plus).

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, active listening, and relationship-building skills.

• Mindset: Target-oriented, resilient, and comfortable with making high-volume outbound sales calls.
