Job Responsibilities

• Call potential customers and explain loan products — Personal, Business, Home Loan, and more.

• Collect details from interested customers and update the lead sheet accurately.

• Generate a set number of leads daily and forward them to the sales team.

• Handle basic customer queries related to loan and finance products professionally.

Required Skills

• Strong communication in Hindi; basic English proficiency.

• Confident, polite, and professional on calls.

• Target-driven mindset with a self-motivated attitude.
