Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our gold showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, showcasing gold jewellery collections, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience through warm hospitality and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with a pleasant and professional approach

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable gold jewellery designs

• Showcase products confidently, highlighting features, craftsmanship, and value

• Provide a premium hospitality experience to every customer visiting the showroom

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

• Handle billing coordination, product inquiries, and basic documentation

• Ensure showroom cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising standards are maintained

• Stay updated on current jewellery trends, designs, and pricing

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail sales (jewellery experience preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude

• Ability to understand customer needs and convert inquiries into sales

• Basic knowledge of gold jewellery and designs is an added advantage

• Flexibility to work on weekends and festive seasons

Experience:
