Job Summary:

We need a hardcore sales closer who can generate leads, conduct site visits, handle negotiations, and close high-ticket plot sales. The candidate must have strong convincing skills and a hunger for incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and convert leads through cold calling, references, brokers, and digital leads

Conduct property site visits and explain project benefits confidently

Pitch investment opportunities and ROI potential to clients

Handle objections and close deals aggressively

Maintain follow-ups until deal closure

Coordinate with legal and documentation teams

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and investors

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 1–5 years experience in Real Estate (Plot/Land Sales preferred)

Proven track record of closing high-value deals

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Strong local market knowledge

Own vehicle preferred

Immediate joiners preferred
