Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART and TradeIndia.
Contact potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into orders.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch team regarding customer orders.
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong telephone and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
Ability to follow up and close sales deals.
Experience in B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM software.
Knowledge of industrial, packaging, or plastic products.
