Job Summary
We are a growing chemical trading company looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator who can manage sales coordination activities while also making outbound sales and follow-up calls to customers. The ideal candidate should possess good spoken and written English, be confident speaking with clients, and be able to pronounce chemical names and technical terminology clearly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, inquiries, and orders.
Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices, and sales-related documentation.
Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to existing and prospective customers.
Follow up on inquiries generated through email, website, and referrals.
Maintain customer database and sales records.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and accounts for smooth order execution.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle email correspondence professionally.
Learn and confidently communicate chemical product names and applications.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (Science/Chemistry background preferred but not mandatory).
1–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Clear pronunciation and confidence in speaking chemical names and technical terms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a small team.
