Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to handle clients efficiently while coordinating internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, client interactions, and sales documentation.
Handle client queries and ensure excellent customer service experience.
Prepare sales reports, proposals, agreements, and other documents as needed.
Maintain and update CRM systems and databases.
Follow up with clients and internal departments to ensure timely execution of sales deals.
Assist in lead generation and qualification efforts.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support overall business goals.
Ensure all client communications and deliverables are aligned with company standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
4–5 years of proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong client-handling and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Preferred:
Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
