Propshop Real Estate is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team for leads, bookings, and client follow-ups.
Maintain accurate sales records, MIS reports, and CRM data.
Schedule client meetings, site visits, and sales appointments.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
Coordinate with developers and internal departments for project updates.
Ensure timely processing of booking forms and customer documentation.
Assist in achieving sales targets through efficient coordination.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in real estate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
