Coordinate with customers for order confirmation, follow-ups, and general communication
Coordinate with internal office staff (billing, accounts, dispatch, and warehouse)
Prepare, check, and follow up on invoices, quotations, and sales documents
Ensure accurate billing and timely sharing of documents with customers
Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and work towards quick resolution
Maintain records of orders, payments, dispatch details, and customer data
Support the sales team with daily administrative and coordination tasks
Ensure smooth communication flow between sales, accounts, and operations
Assist in maintaining office discipline, documentation, and reporting
