Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role acts as a link between sales, customers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in daily operations and order processing
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and invoices
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments
Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases
Follow up with clients for inquiries, confirmations, and documentation
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts departments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
Good communication and coordination skills
