Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and execution.

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.

• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

• Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and feedback.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information.

• Assist in preparing sales reports and performance analysis.

• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for timely dispatch.

• Support the sales team in achieving targets and deadlines.

• Manage communication between internal departments and clients.

• Maintain proper documentation of all sales-related activities.
