Order Management: Process sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders (POs) and monitor the status of production to ensure on-time delivery.
Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, technical queries, and complaints.
Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate customer records, product databases, and sales activity logs in the CRM system.
Coordination: Liaise between sales, engineering, and logistics departments to align product specifications with client requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2-6 years in sales administration, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of engineering drawings, product specifications, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
CRM Skills: Experience with CRM software to manage sales data.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for handling technical correspondence.
