Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between our sales team, distributors, and customers, ensuring efficient order processing, and maintaining accurate records of sales transactions. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customers and distributors regarding orders, providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries or issues as needed.

2. Proforma Invoice Preparation: Assist in the preparation of proforma invoices, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and terms of sale, in collaboration with the sales team and finance department.

3. Payment Management: Verify payment status for orders and coordinate with the finance department to ensure orders are released promptly upon receipt of payment. This includes managing payment schedules and resolving any payment-related discrepancies.

4. Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the dispatch team to coordinate the distribution of goods, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely delivery of orders to customers and distributors.

5. Reporting: Compile and maintain regular reports on sales activities, order status, and inventory levels. Analyze data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
