Sales Manager – Road Safety Products
Job Profile
We are looking for a smart, confident, and organized Female Sales Executive to join our Delhi Head Office team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with clients, and managing day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and project requirements.
• Maintain sales records, customer databases, and order tracking sheets.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer orders.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Perform all office-based sales and customer relationship management activities.
Requirements
• Female candidate preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in sales, customer support, tele-sales, business development, or office coordination.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and basic computer operations.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Professional, presentable, and target-oriented approach.
