Job Description
Position: Sales Coordinator
Industry: Industrial Automation
Location: Thoraipakkam
Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, coordination ability.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone and email.
Prepare quotations, sales orders.
Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
Coordinate with suppliers, stores, and accounts department for smooth order processing.
Maintain customer records, sales reports, and order status updates.
Support sales engineers in day-to-day activities.
Coordinate dispatch and delivery schedules with customers.
Prepare MIS reports and update management regularly.
Maintain proper documentation for orders and correspondence.
Assist in tender submissions and vendor registration activities if required.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic understanding of ERP/software systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
Good coordination and documentation skills.
Qualification
Any Degree / Diploma
Preferred: Experience in Industrial Automation / Electrical / Electronics industry.
Experience
1 to 5 years experience in sales coordination or customer support.
Salary
Based on experience and skill level.
Additional Requirements
Immediate joiners preferred.
