Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Navi Mumbai, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales team activities and support sales representatives in achieving their sales targets.

• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

• Handle inquiries and provide product information to clients.

• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.

• Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Liaise with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team for order fulfillment.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales coordination role.

• Bachelor's degree in any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, especially related to heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and related products, is a plus.
