Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: [Ahmedabad / South Bopal]

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer communication, preparing quotations, and coordinating order processing. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with sales team for daily activities and follow-ups
• Prepare quotations and share with customers
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Maintain sales records, reports, and documentation
• Follow up with clients for orders and payments
• Coordinate with internal departments for order execution
• Update CRM / Excel data regularly
• Assist in preparing sales reports and MIS

Requirements:
• Any Graduate / Diploma
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Good organizational ability
• Team player with positive attitude
