About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admissions & Sales Admin Coordinator to manage student admissions, lead conversions, and administrative sales processes for our pilot training programs. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, organized, and skilled in counselling prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Counselling
- Handle end-to-end admissions by screening leads and counselling prospective students
- Provide accurate information on courses, fees, schedules, eligibility, and DGCA requirements
- Assist walk-in visitors and guide them through the enrolment process
Lead Management & Sales Conversion
- Follow up on inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails, website inquiries, and walk-ins)
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through effective communication
- Maintain consistent follow-ups within 24 hours
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update student data using Excel/Google Sheets or CRM tools
- Track admissions, fee payments, dues, and follow-ups
- Generate monthly reports on:
- Admissions trends
- Revenue collections
- Outstanding dues
- Sales pipeline
Sales Administration
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Coordinate with finance teams for dues tracking and recovery
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions
Process Improvement
- Implement automation for lead nurturing, reminders, and reporting
- Improve efficiency in admissions and sales workflows
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieve targets for lead conversion and admissions growth
- Ensure 100% accuracy in data and records
- Maintain timely follow-ups and zero overdue escalations
- Build strong relationships to drive referrals and brand reputation
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in admissions, sales administration, or customer service (aviation/education preferred)
- Proficiency in:
- Google Sheets / Excel
- CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Google Forms)
- Communication platforms (WhatsApp, Email)
- Strong persuasion, counselling, and communication skills
- Knowledge of pilot training or DGCA regulations is an added advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage high-volume leads
