Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and order processing.
Follow up with internal departments for order status, production schedules, dispatches, and timely deliveries.
Ensure that customer orders are entered into the system accurately and processed within the agreed timelines.
Regularly follow up on pending orders, quotations, samples, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with the accounts department regarding invoices, outstanding payments, and payment status.
Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, order trackers, and MIS reports.
Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and dispatch details.
Communicate professionally with customers through phone, email, and WhatsApp regarding order updates and pending requirements.
Assist the sales team in tracking repeat orders and ensuring timely follow-ups with existing customers.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams to resolve order-related issues.
Ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, and timely reporting of sales activities.
Demonstrate accountability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership in completing assigned tasks.
