Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator / Customer Service Executive to support our dynamic sales team. In this key role, you will be responsible for handling administrative and coordination tasks that ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your role includes generating quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents, as well as maintaining timely communication with customers and internal teams. You will also assist in tracking billing progress, payment collections, and preparing regular sales reports.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders using Tally Software.
Provide coordination and administrative support to the sales team.
Follow up on customer inquiries, sales issues, and support requests.
Monitor progress billing, ensure timely collections, and assist with payment follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of orders and deliveries.
Maintain organized records and documentation related to sales activities.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduation / 2 to 5 yrs Experience.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Local Language.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Prior experience in sales administration or coordination is an added advantage.
