Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through online marketing campaigns, site visits, broker networks, and referrals.

• Handle inquiries, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into property buyers.

• Market residential and commercial projects through social media, digital ads, branding activities, and offline campaigns.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and agencies for sales collaborations.

• Prepare sales presentations, project brochures, and promotional materials.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.

• Organize and participate in property expos, events, and road shows to maximize project reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

• 0–5 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions is an added advantage.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
