Coordinate with sales team and customers for smooth order processing.
Prepare and maintain sales records, orders, invoices, quotations and dispatch details.
Handle customer queries through call/WhatsApp/email and provide required information.
Follow up with customers for payments, delivery confirmation and feedback.
Coordinate with store/warehouse/nursery team for product availability and dispatch.
Update customer data and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Assist in generating new leads and support in sales promotions.
Ensure timely delivery and resolve customer issues (delay, missing items, complaints).
Maintain proper coordination between sales, accounts, and delivery team.
Support management in planning and achieving sales targets.
